Adventure Floats:

Lazy River Canoe Rental Guided Adventure Floats and Overnight River Tubing Trips

 

Lazy River Canoe Rental is offering Guided Adventure Floats and River Tubing trips. We have several different Adventure Floats, from Geocaching to Long Distance River Tripping, along with our favorite, Lazy River Weekends! LRCR Adventure Floats are designed to take the work out of your canoe, kayak or tubing trip needs.

The trip and what to expect

On a Lazy River Canoe Rental Adventure Float, all you will need to bring is a sleeping bag, your clothing, beverages, snacks and an open mind, LRCR will provide the rest!
Together we will find out what you would like to do on your customized adventure float.
Activities range from spin cast fishing, fly fishing, gps usage, history and exploration on the river.

Lazy River Canoe Rental and our adventure floaters will work together to determine a comfortable duration of time you would like to spend on your river adventure.

Meals will be planned with you the adventure floater and prepared by you. (Preparation of meals while in the field can be challenging and rewarding, feast or famine!)

You will be responsible for setting up your camp at night and weather permitting, building your campfire.

Mapping out your camp properly for an overnight stay is important in certain weather conditions!

Lazy River Canoe Rental will provide all the gear and guidance to make certain that all missions are accomplished successfully and make your adventure float one to remember!!!

 

All adventure floaters will meet at Lazy River Canoe Rental 40 West Main St., Ridgway, Pa at 9:00 am on the morning of the trip.

All adventure floats are accompanied by two guides, except River Tube Trips (unless 2 cargo boats are used).

Each guide will have his own boat.

Adventure floaters will be responsible for their own boat.

River navigation tips will be provided by your adventure guides when needed.

Legal camping spots on the trip will be the responsibility of the guides.

Adventure Floating: Boat and equipment included in price. Boats will accommodate 2 people and personal gear. Maximum number of people on an adventure float is 8.

River Tube Trips: Cargo boat with guide. Tube rental included in price. Maximum number of River Tubes per trip is 8.
River Tube trips are 2 days (1 night) only. Meals on all trips will be an additional expense.
